Full Service Catering

When you choose our full-service catering, our team will handle every aspect of your party’s meal, from initial setup to final clean-up. We can provide professional chefs, servers, bartenders, and event coordinators to guarantee your party is a success and ensure no detail is overlooked. The Buffalo Catering Co also offers a wide variety of dinnerware and equipment to satisfy every customer’s preference.

Recommendations: We recommend staffing full-service events with approximately 1 server for every 20-25 guests, and approximately 1 bartender for every 50 guests. We also understand that every event is unique, which is why our catering team spends time with each event host to understand their event needs. We will work with you in preparing a custom catering order to ensure we provide the correct number of staff needed to fully support each event. We also recommendation to have a staff person a minimum of an hour before/after an event. We will always include that in the original estimates.

• Chef | $45.00 per hour (required for passed hors d’oeuvres, plated dinner, or carving stations)
