Full Service Catering

When you choose Full Service catering, the BCC will handle every aspect of your party, from initial setup to final clean-up. We can provide professional chefs, servers, bartenders, and event coordinators to guarantee your party is a success and ensure no detail is overlooked. The Buffalo Catering Co also offers a wide variety of dinnerware and equipment to satisfy every customer’s preference.

SERVICE RATES

• Server — $35.00 per hour
• Bartender — $35.00 per hour
• Chef — $40.00 per hour (required for passed hors d’oeuvres or carving stations)
• Catering Event Manager — $45.00 per hour

We recommend staffing full service events with approximately 1 server for every 20-25 guests, and approximately 1 bartender for every 50 guests. We also understand that every event is unique, which is why our catering team spends time with each event host to understand their event needs. We will work with you in preparing a custom catering order to ensure we provide the correct amount of staff needed to fully support each event.

Drop Off Catering

Sometimes you only need the food! We are happy to drop off your menu so you can relax and wait for your guests to arrive. The Buffalo Catering Co will provide a professional caterer to deliver and set up your event. Upon request, our caterers can also stay and assist in serving your event.
