The Buffalo Catering Company offers a variety of menu options from appetizers, buffets and carving stations, boxed lunches & salads, to full-sit down catered meals.

We are proud to source seasonal, local products for the freshest catered meals in WNY. Our menus include appetizers and hors d/oeuvres with starters, trays & platters including our bruschetta bar & sandwich sliders. We have a variety of buffet options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We have lunch specific menus including sandwiches, soups and salads. We have food stations of all types: carving stations, mashed potato and mac-n-cheese stations, pasta bars and desserts. We also have a variety of specialty menus such as a mediterranean souvlaki bar, taco bar, BBQ buffet, and a local favorite, our Taste of Buffalo with chicken wings and beef on weck. If you’re looking for something and can’t find it on our menu, then our experienced culinary staff is more than eager to work with you to develop a custom solution.
