We recommend staffing full-service events with approximately 1 server for every 20-25 guests and approximately 1 bartender for every 50 guests.

We also understand that every event is unique, which is why our catering team spends time with each event host to understand their event needs. We will work with you in preparing a custom catering order to ensure we provide the correct amount of staff needed to fully support each event.
